What is a gang sheet?

A 'gang sheet' refers to the method of printing multiple designs and colors on a single transfer sheet, optimizing the use of material and streamlining the production process.

What is your TAT (turnaround time)?

Orders placed by 4 PM CST will be processed the same day, while those placed after the cut-off will be completed the next day. For urgent print requests, please contact us directly.

What size print is suitable for my shirts?

"Generally, our transfer sizes are as follows:
Pocket: 4 inches
Baby Onesie: 5 inches
Toddler: 6 inches
Youth: 8 inches
Adult XS, S, M, L, XL: 11-12 inches
Adult 2XL, 3XL: 12-14 inches
Adult 4XL: 15 inches

What file format should I use, and are there any resolution guidelines?

"Please submit your file in a high-resolution format, such as PNG, TIFF, PDF, PSD, or AI, with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI for optimal print quality. Ensure you check the quality of your uploaded file before submission."

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, we offer various shipping options, including express and overnight delivery. During checkout, you can choose the shipping method that best suits your delivery needs and preferences.

What are the instructions for pressing the transfers?

Operating Instructions:
1. Preheatyour heat press to 320°F (160°C).
2. Pressthe transfer using medium pressure for 10-15 seconds.
3 Wait15 seconds or a few minutes, depending on the film used.
4. Peelthe transfer from the sides, as per the film's instructions.
5. Re-pressif necessary for an additional 10-15 seconds at 320°F (160°C).
